Don't know about that particular matric perc, but I have a Mobius Ion and hands down it beats every other piece I have it in any application. Smooth flavorful vapor and it seems like I get more quality draws from it than the standard range of HTs.

If I didn't have the Ion I'd sure be tempted from the looks of it. A vid of the perc in action would be useful as a uniformity of action all around the perc gives the best result. Many copies I've seen or tried blow out more or even not at all in one or more slits.

But then its 1/3 the price of the Ion....

I just got mine! I was only able to use it for a quick second before I had to run out of the house. This is the first time I hit a recycler and I am very happy with it so far. First impressions are it's not nearly as big as I thought it was going to be. I messed with the water level but not sure it was perfect when I used it for my first sesh, it was definitely recycling though and I didn't get any water in my mouth. If I don't get back to late tonight I will try to post a video.

Glad yours made it. Mine scheduled for tomorrow delivery.

Would be nice to see a quick video, especially curious as to water height. Not all that experienced with recyclers so would appreciate tips as to how much to fill.

Glad you got yours!! When you say smaller, RooR said 11" to the mouthpiece, is it not that tall?

No it is the right size, I guess the pictures just made me think it was bigger. I'll try to post a picture or video when I get home later but probably not going to have time tonight.

Nor am I, I was trying to figure out what water level works best because the pull changes with the EVO in or out. I will have to try and do more testing when I get home.

I am at work so no video yet sorry guys, but I can say with just the random water level I tested its vortex is night and day vs my old collie. Water was spinning like a champ, my only issue is that the R on the sticker on the main chamber was chipped:doh:Looks like ill need to remove at least that sticker to be happy though. Just need to figure out how now haha

Overall first impressions of the glass are great. This is by far the best work I've ever owned no question

Damn work, I want to try it!!!!!

I got the Roor piece, too, but I am new to this "fancy glass" stuff, and my stupidness is showing through. What is the water level supposed to be? Just over the horizontal slits? To the top of the glass "cylinder"? Would someone make a video so that I may see how to use my new toy?

I did pick up a 14mm F to 18 mm F GonG adapter at the local glass shop for $10 so that my EVO will have GonGordial congress with the Roor, if I may coin a word.

My best advice is trial and error. It all depends on your draw strength, draw resistance depending on the vape, etc. what works for one may not work for your setup IMO

Watch videos of people hitting recyclers and adjust your water accordingly.

Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow. How's the draw, is it as chuggy as most recyclers? Glad to hear it twists well...

It was definitely chuggier then the other 2 recyclers I've hit, but nothing crazy. I'm stoked to see how she spins with a good water level. If no one has made one by the time I get home ill post a little water level test video

Agree with @macbill on water level. Mine is a tad higher than the pic above. Not as tight a vortex as my Gordo Scientific, but based on the size of the RooR, I honestly didn't expect it to.

I just got it so haven't spent a ton of time with it yet, but I really like the way it operates. Although a little chuggy, it doesn't require a strong draw,imo. I like how the water zips down from the downstem and out along the side, you can see it when you first pull on it. I like watching that more than the vortex.lol

First impression: Piece is bigger than I expected, by far the largest recycler I have owned/used to date. No bubbles, cracks or noticeable imperfections. I am really enjoying ripping on this piece, I love the feel of the draw. So far, day one, I am very happy with my purchase.

I find it does not recycle when there is a path restriction, such as the bamboo tip of the EVO. As soon as you remove this "obstruction", recycling begins again. I've tried a little dab of wax, and it recycled well as far as I remember (but sometimes I forget), so I'm sticking with that.

OK, mine arrived at 6:45, just as I had given up hope for the day. Unfortunately we have company so I can't actually work it, but did unwrap it. The Rasta lettering is pretty understated and not overwhelming like I feared.
I'll have to figure out a different fill point than the picture above because my "joint" is almost an inch above the top of the main chamber.
Hope I get a chance to experiment tonight before I have to go to bed and not wait until tomorrow after all.
