Since no one has taken a shot at this I guess I'll give my 
. I'm assuming it is metal since it's a 4 piece, so I would try something like jb weld. Pretty sure it's non-toxic. Just use it sparingly, maybe apply it with a tooth pick, and rough up the two mateing surfaces to ensure a good connection.

I dont know the safest adhesive, but the Puffitup grinders have a 2 year warranty.
