My order that shipped May 22 has been stalled (without updates) since May 30. Im waiting for 21 days in transit to pass so then Mad Heaters will dispatch a new order, hopefully in the next day or 2.

It appears my order was travelling like this:
Mad Heaters -> DPD -> Ascendia -> UPS MI -> USPS -> My Home in the US

I believe an issue happened where UPS MI -> USPS. My tracking for USPS still says "awaiting package" while the UPS info says it left their facility.

Back to patiently waiting.

Same boat as a few of us. Hope you get tracking soon! I just got my re-ship tracking this morning. Crossing fingers since it seems same service used. I’ll update!

Damn… I still haven’t received my shipping notification… but the website does say 12th. If I don’t get anything by end of the day I’ll shoot brenyo a message.

Have you gotten shipping info yet? I am in the exact same scenario and was told last week it would ship by this week …

I know there is a shipping thread, but wanted to post in the main since it has wider distribution. Anyone else from the preorder still waiting on a reship for a lost package? Mine was lost and I was told it would be reshipped this week but haven’t gotten any tracking.

Sorry for the delay, I’m still catching up. It should be on the way tomorrow or Monday with plenty of extras.

My packsge of order P979X (UK) has been considered lost in transit. Last update to my tracking was May 30, 18 days ago.

Mad Heaters decided that they will dispatch a new order today. I hope this package arrives swiftly. The new order # is P1065X.

That's >867 (UK) orders fulfilled in 1 month! Totally awesome and gratefully to have my order on the way!

My long watch has ended. P1029X delivered today 🧘‍♂️

Timeline, for others:
- June 10: shipping email received
- June 12: export flight to USA + cleared customs
- June 13: package received by UPS-MI
- June 16: package transferred from UPS-MI to USPS
- June 17: USPS regional facility > USPS local post office > my address (good job USPS)

As others have said, I recommend putting all tracking #s into a third-party app (I used the iOS app Parcel), since it's annoying to manually check 4-5 tabs.

For me, tracking worked as expected. I got normal updates from DPD, Asendia, UPS-MI, and USPS. Asendia was the most comprehensive and had updates up to delivery.

No tariff assessed.

Shoot. That makes me less sanguine. I got a customs cleared and handed off to last mile notification, but nothing past that since Saturday. Fingers still crossed!!

Mine’s an original, not a re-ship, but mine’s been reportedly also in NY since Saturday according to the shipping updates. Just emailed MH about it last night to see what they think.
