Looking to idenify a LLR? Pen

I am new to the community. A few months back, I had to rent a car to get home from Atlanta. In the shift boot fold was a vape device that resembled a JUUL pen with a USB-C charge port....it hit WAY harder than a JUUL and had that wonderful herby taste. The problem is, I don't know anything about it. Can anyone help?

No telling, there are a number of those from various brands... If you rented your car in Atlanta, high likelihood it was black market and not a legit brand.
