Looking for Vape for Dog-Walks

I looked at previous "dog walks" or "hiking" threads but couldn't find something with the later releases, namely the lobo and AVLP. I want something smaller and discreet. I thought I was sold on the Lobo due to size and performance (hits well), but then remembered reading about the AVLP...which has on demand. In both cases I would use capsules in the bowl.

I have Dynavap, solo2max, solo3, and a mighty+. I like the solos the best. Dynavap is best for quickly getting a lift when I'm short on time and the mighty gets used once in a while when I almost forget what the mighty is like.

I initially thought the Argo would be a good bet since I already like arizers products, but it isn't on demand and I'm not sure it packs enough punch. My primary concern is cashing a capsule relatively quickly. Walks are a half hour typically. I don't want to have to vape consistently for 15 to 20 mins of the walk. Tiny might 2 still has button issues? Not sure I want to pay that much anyways right now. My order of desired features are as follows:

1. Size (smaller footprint)
2. Durable, doesn't break too easily. Won't burn my hoodie pocket
3. On demand or something that can cash a bowl quicker and doesn't require me to nurse it nonstop for 15 or 20 mins.

Thank you for your input.

Never had any button problems with my TM2, but if you're just looking to fill this one purpose, probably not necessary to get that or FW9 which I would also recommend as the top tier options personally...

On the budget end xmax v3pro and xlux roffu would be solid options that are more versatile than Arizer with more true convection and on-demand capability...

thanks, will do some research on those two. And yeah, this will strictly be something for out and about for a short time.

xmax v3pro
I would second that. I don't know the Roffu but would imagine it would be a bit better.

Be aware that the V3pro is enough of a "pure convection" device that you need to inhale for a few seconds to get any vapor going.

I don't use it much anymore but have used it in the past when on the go and where I wanted to be able to take a quick on-demand hit or two every now and then.

I did not particularly like the capsules, but that may just be me. I feel like they reduce the diameter too much for a convection device. I want more area exposed to the hot air. My Crafty+ and Venty are used with capsules exclusively.

You can definitely finish a bowl in a few minutes in session mode.

Thanks. After doing some reviewing, Roffu sounds pretty good. But now I'm thinking black Friday isn't that far off...and maybe I get a TM 2 instead. Also considering if there is a new release from someone around black Friday....similar to how solo3 was dropped right around 420. I remember hearing air vape would be possibly dropping something end of year...and that it would come out after their hookah multi use device...now I'm stuck. But the VAS is getting to me and I'm going to def get something before or around black Friday.

I keep flip flopping. Buy Roffu now or wait and see what drops ..if anything...and if nothing drops maybe TM or whatever else is much different than I've already tried.

Roffu on sale but only be $100 again so might as well grab closer to that price whenever you want regardless? TM does not have sales like that typically at least

Yeah thanks I may just get the Roffu now. Not sure it's worth missing a bunch of walks (couple months worth) for maybe 20-30 bucks lol. I still need to do some research on other vapes tho.

So I just ordered the Roffu for now with some accessories (capsules sleeve WPA steel bowl). Thanks for the suggestion, it seems to be the best for when/how I want to use it. Good call on that recommendation.

You made a very good choice. If not happy with that one your next steps up are gonna be FW9 or TM2.

Or you could consider an Angus if OK with size (approx Mighty size), session style and heat up time. But does not seem perfect for your use case.

Great, hope you enjoy it! Check the thread for best tips to get going, should need a thorough cleaning and burn off at first, I'm not sure how they are arriving lately, but mine did need some time left out to neutralize before I wanted to use it, but now it tastes fine (I'd also highly recommend the WPA option from JoDa as he can also make direct draw glass stems for it like that, the only way I use it now for better taste)

Thank you sir. Already checked out all the tips and tricks, and there seems to be a lot. Yes, wash and let sun wear off some of the "new" smell...or cycle it a few times. Gotcha. If there is some minor hangup I have (as w the mighty+) I'm fine w it because what I want are just some quicker hits to finish a bowl faster while walking the dog. At least that's what I tell myself now

The FW9 and TM2 are both def on my radar. Just not in a hurry at the moment. Gotta drag these things out over time or I'll get through all the popular stuff too fast and end up bored again. Lol. Plus I like detailing my experiences/opinions for others to use as a reference when making their own purchases.
Thanks.

Unapproved commercial account.
I highly recommend the potv lobo - pocket-ability was a big factor for me, so that has my vote. I also like that planet of the vapes has a bunch of glass accessories for it that change your sessions quite a bit, so those are a plus as well. They always have bfcm sales.

I think the roffu is probably a similar size and price. The Tinymight 2 is bigger than the two, so keep that in mind.

Maybe review their vape guide - it says the pax plus is the most travel friendly but I hear Pax are not considered "good value" for its performance
