Yeah, but how large of a bowl? Like if it can do what the mighty does in 10 sure, its more powerful than the mighty. But if I put that same bowl into e.g. a tinymight, anvil, or dc elev8r could I crush it in one hit?It has a strong enough heater and good heat retention allowing (at the highest temp) extraction of a bowl in 2-3 huge hits.

I'm not saying its not packing some punch or otherwise denigrating the Angus. I just think your claim maybe needs some qualifying.

The author of this thread wants to use micro dosing, the Angus upside down can handle loads like 0.05gr? Pretty sure it does? Although the big / wide bowl

Ah yeah I was specifically responding to the claim Angus doesn't hit hard of itself.
For such tiny loads in a portable I would always use on demand battery vape or (semi) on demand butane one hitter. I would use my TM2 and my Anvil with half bowl, and I would spend some more time with my Vapman.

Stempod’s are great once dialled in! Very good, cheap option that you can easily fix yourself if anything goes wrong.
I upgraded my coils to juggernaut kanthal and am getting quick, even extraction (and DARK!) with every bowl now.
Finishing a basket screen bowl in 2 hits, clearing through a .4g glass stem pack in about 4-5 hits
They can be fiddly to get right at first though

Yeah good point. I don’t do insta, so I didn’t watch it before, but it was quite a bit more than I expected from a session vape.
I guess it’s a session vape in the same way the tm or p80 are? The heater is on, but it’s not like the mighty with a conduction oven roasting your herb whether you pull or not?

IME stempod was a total waste of $$. Buy a Tinymight either 1 or 2 depending on your pocket.

Thank you all for the detailed responses I have been down a bit of a rabbit hole looking into these vapes and have ordered myself a tm2. It's from the official site so I don't expect to see it for a few weeks yet (I'm UK based).
While ordering I grabbed an o ring pack and the bubbler attachment, are there any other must have accessories I should order in the meantime?

If you want to use it with water or other glass a wpa is nice. I expect you can get that in UK as well, like Vapefiend probably. A cooling stem is imo the most necessary, because I like TM best when used with a stem, and the extra cooling makes it even better. Had a similar opinion until I finally sat down and started making my own coils at the weekend, and I’ve had my Stempod about 6 months. Swapped out my og kanthals with juggernaut kanthals; and now juggernaut SS316L wire with TCR which works perfectly.
Can be fiddly though if you’re not one to faff.
Although props to OP, really made a good choice with the TM2

I would suggest the TM2, don’t know why anyone would suggest the V3Pro maybe the Roffu which is about half the price of a TM2, but as much as I like the V3Pro it ain’t no heavy hitter, the Roffu tries pretty good.

Thankyou to the technique for asking his question and eveyone who answered him, I have been interested in a heavy hitting portable, and this has been very useful. TinyMight looks good, if pricey. Tetra P80 has almost the same name as my favourite guitar pickup and seems as good but unavailable.
Just take a while to save, if there are any T.M.s left after MithrasMass,
or any money.....

Vapefiend is the only trustable name I know who does them but they are out. I ended up paying the 80 extra as I have already spent a couple of years trying to land a p80 I'm not waiting around for the TM2
