Looking for a glass 3 way

Title sounds funky I know, but I have been looking every where for glass adapter 18mm male on bottom 18mm female on top and 10mm on side. Would really love if the 10mm was horizontal instead of the angled, but I’ll check whatever out.

Chrome on Windows 10... and now since clicking that, it's not a yellow block w/text on it saying "submit..." anymore... it's gray and says "Requirement have been submitted"... So, I guess I already did it for you... ha. If they get back to me, I'll get back to you....!

If you haven't checked TAG go take a look, I had bought one from them 2 or 3 years ago. It was pretty sturdy and not very expensive
