Spotted a vaporizer in a music video, it's only there for a second but once I saw the blue smoke I definitely needed another look. Is it a WISPR?

And just for simplicity sake or to save people who don't necessarily share the same opinion as I on choice of music to listen to, here the pic.

I know RooR made some glass moutpieces for joints. They were sold by sets of 3 in a nice little box & the ones I saw were a special Cypress Hill edition, not sure if there were/are any other versions. Anyways, the glass mouthpiece could be one of those.
