Damn,that IS art! I can barely write my name,but what some folks can do with a can of spray paint is pure art.:tup)
I saw some north of the boarder grafitti,bit it's just not the same.....

As far as deciphering meaning goes, the second pic says "oracle", the first is just a character and the third is really bad lol. I'll start posting up some African graffiti art I think
