mate you will be fine and will not feel any pain if getting anesthesia and you will recover in a few days. You will get a burning feeling when you pee after it but that is about it.

I will be praying for you brother and am sure you will be fine and this will be good for you after it.

Almost. I went in for mine and the stone was gone, broke up and pee'd out before then. I passed one the "natural" way on May 28th (a date burned into my mind). 35 minutes from start to end, but you really, really don't want that.

Thanks everyone. Procedure wasn't as bad as I thought. So far no pain but peeing substantial amount of blood. Nap time now.

And when/if anyone considers getting a hip injection...go for it.

Had mine about 3 months ago, and it was the easiest, most pain free experience

I've had dealing with medical issues.

Hip still feeling very good entering 3rd month after injection.
