Want to share with you my findings on what I use to light the bong.
It is quite a while now that I use only a turbo lighter. The reason for this is that the regular lighters give off a very nasty taste when used to light a bong. If you use the regular lighters on regular basis then you will not feel the taste because you are too used to it. After using only turbo lighters for the past two years, now I am simply unable to use a regular lighter as the nasty taste is overwhelming.
If you want to understand exactly why, just do a test. Take a table spoon and a regular lighter. Light the lighter and hold the flame under the spoon, while the flame makes contact with the spoon. After few seconds you will see a black residue, this is what you inhale together with the smoke. If you do the same test with a turbo lighter the black residue will not happen.
