Thanks!! The a/c is sweet...the price is nice too. I've been using it with my Solo and a j-hook lately. It actually inspired me to order a double showerhead bub. :tup:

Anyone got any good pics/vids of a lattice a/c?

The way this series has been going there has to be a game 7!!

How long is too long? I've been trying to patiently wait, but I'm starting to get concerned. I sent my lil'mona in to get repaired at the end of April, and also paid for a showerhead A/C a few days later, and 2 months later still have not received anything. I was contacted over 2 weeks ago and was told my order was ready to be shipped, but I haven't seen or heard anything since then, that was the 12th of June. I am not sure what I can do at this point, I have sent 3 PMs with no reply over the last week.

Yep, I have been waiting as well. He said 2-3 weeks. It's going on 2 weeks, and I am not really concerned. My other piece arrived in due time a few months ago and is simply amazing.

I saw my first piece of Leviathan glass at a local shop today. A green lattice bub, shop wanted $360 for the piece. High I assume? I don't have the funds or room for another piece now but damn I wanted it so bad.

Hey Jam I sent my piece in since Feb for a repair. I was updated in April but nothing sent and no reply to my pm...but Im trying my best to be optimistic. Hopefully I get some updates soon

yeah, I am at a loss at this point, because it's too late to even request a paypal refund... I hope this can be resolved soon. :ugh:

I'm in the same boat as well, haven't heard a peep since 6/12. I have no problem having my bank reverse the charges but I much rather have I product I paid for and intended to use. If I don't get a reply from him in the near future that's the only other avenue I can travel.

Yea, tried that number and a different # on my paypal receipt. Neither is a working phone #.

Coming up against Paypals 45 day dispute limit. Time to shit or get off the pot!

Anyone reading this know/live near Lev? Glass scene insiders?? Bueller???

well, this is rather discouraging... I hope they are ok, but this is bad news for all of us who paid up front... my 45 days long since past so there is no recourse. I have had horrible luck with having a smooth transaction for glass out side of a retail shop. :\

Maybe if you used a credit card through paypal you will still have recourse. I only use a cc even in paypal. I think it can't hurt to contact bdv either. All he can do is say it isn't my problem but maybe will pass the message which is all you want or maybe knows what is going on. Good luck.

Lev always seemed a busy, hell he almost seemed like he overworked himself. When you're as busy as him and something happens, it's understandable that he'd go missing. Maybe he's doing a merge, who knows.

I guess the real question will be is when he returns, is what he does for the people who prepaid and had to wait forever. My glass piece took almost 2 months to get to me as well.

I did a little "research" and have found out that Lev is going through some personal issues. He has not been by a computer or had access to one in a while. But, from what I understand, shipments will be going out this week.

I can't really say more, or say if this is accurate information. But it is what I was told.

I do know that Lev is an honest and hard working guy. And while it usually takes longer to get your piece than originally quoted or expected, it has always come through and been of good quality. I don't expect this situation to be any different.

Hope all is well with Lev and that things get sorted out for everyone. I was thinking about a micro bub, but it is not the right time apparently.

I have done business with Lev and he was very responsive and communicated very well. Even though communication could easily help to mitigate the speculation in this case, sometimes patience is still the right way to respond (even though it can be difficult if you have been waiting a while).

We can choose HOW to respond to any situation. How you feel about the situation is directly related to this choice. I don't mean to dismiss the complaints people have...just trying to provide perspective.

When I had problems with both of my VapeXhale Clouds, I basically decided to 'forget' that I ordered them after submitting a support request to give the company time to do the right thing. It's tough to forget that you spent a grand on something that you have nothing to show for. I checked in a couple of times along the way. They eventually did the right thing and delivered both clouds which have been working flawlessly for months. It took much longer than I wanted, but sometimes shit happens with small businesses that force them to refocus energy in a different direction for a while. This is the reality of dealing with this type of vendor. A little patience goes a long way...but so does communication.

Hope this is resolved soon.
