Beyond the general sketchiness of this clearly being illegal and them not explaining the legal or commercial mechanisms they use, there are way too many typos on that website for it to be trustworthy. I would bet on 100-1 odds that this is not legit.

I admit I'm curious, start with the smallest purchase amount and see what happens. Personally, if I'm going to conduct an illegal and unenforceable transaction with someone I want to know where they live.

One thing I've learned about this shit, particularly online, and with oils, that if it's black market, as this most certainly IS, why would anything at all be "legit"...? We all know there are "humans" behind this, correct...? With the plethora of bootleg pre-printed packaging available all over alibaba, Amazon etc, I can guarantee you not one bit of any of it is tested for anything.
