Legacy Pro 2 coming in June- pre-order discount now

Chicken No Name

Dazed and confused
Looks like im going to be in same position as my order is about to be automatically refunded as it has not been processed/claimed by the seller. I actually made two orders. Asked for the first to be cancelled but it wasn't and after one week (yesterday) it was automatically refunded as the money wasn't claimed by airvape.
My second order is now in the same position, it's one week since I made the second order.
After one week of the money 'pending' it gets returned by my bank!
I've sent support a message!
Ordered off the EU site.
Not looking good tbh...

Now that my initial excitement has calmed a bit, I do have a few thoughts/questions. They are calling this a straight air-path that can be “cleaned all the way with one brush with no more tricky corners”, but it appears there are still two 90° degree angles in the path right? They said no more small parts but I see a small filter screen (thankfully without the rubber grommet) next to the oven in their video posted on X. And I do wish they had managed to address the fact that loading herb without caps is still a messy affair due to the oven residing in a flat surface as opposed to a more funnel like shape. I actually had a funnel printed for my first AVLP that I found from this site: https://www.yeggi.com/q/airvape+legacy+pro/

I added the "Glass Water Bubbler + Silicone Adapter for the Pro" to my preorder of the Legacy Pro 2. However, I later became concerned it may not fit, after learning the mouthpiece was redesigned for the Pro 2, so I reached out to AirVapeUSA:

"Thank you for reaching out to us and I will be happy to help you. Yes, the mouthpiece has been updated but its still the same size and our engineers have confirmed that all the current PRO accessories will be compatible with the PRO V2."

Warmest Regards,

Btw, they replied the same day I sent my inquiry!

Well my second transaction has been cancelled by my bank.
No reply from customer service so far.
Hope it's just a mistake that can be resolved but not a promising start.

Does anyone know if it has the CE mark?
I don't think a final version of the 2 exists yet, BUT the China Export CE mark is on the ALP

Unrelated comment, the smell-proof case is excellent, great for travelling and keeping your hotel free from smells. Doing several bowls in a night make the device fairly smelly. I generally don't clean it very often, of that dusting of some resin and debris with small grout cleaning brush, which also fits in the case.

That would interest me too.

I don't quite understand it either...

The vapor-path goes through the glass tube, doesn't it? The air-path is not a separate path in the device that is insulated, is it? It would also be nice to read something official about the plastic...there's nothing really concrete on the official website from Germany. If the air-path goes through the device and over the heated plastic etc...I don't know if I want to buy the device then...but maybe I'm looking at it wrong...I've never had a vaporizer from this company, they're not really common here...

edit. to be honest, i don't really understand the structure of the device

putting a china export logo on your product is also not a sign of trust...why do you do something like that except to deceive? either a real ce logo or none, but what does a ‘'real’' ce logo from china mean...also the websites look extremely strange, hardly any information about the company or the older devices...

i am from germany sorry if it is written awkwardly...

The airpath is straight but with 90º turns at each end. This is a massize improvement. The problem with the ALP was that you could stick a qtip in the whole by the bowl and then lose the cotton which would become trapped in a "deadzone". This looks to eliminate that specific problem... i.e. there is no non-accessible deadzone

They said no more small parts but I see a small filter screen (thankfully without the rubber grommet) next to the oven in their video posted on X.
A magnetic screen here is a major improvement. The screen itself is not that small, the big problem is the getting that grommet back on after you clean the screen. I dread this task AND the grommets wear out. This seams like a good solution to me. I'm pretty much an ALP daily user since day 1.

I agree more of a slope would be nice, but what's the big deal with a little debris? Just keep a brush around and an iso spray bottle. Also the loading tool is great for making a perfectly sized puck and ejecting it into the dosing tray. Only thing the dosing tools isn't good for is scooping weed out of my Jyars, but it works great when I'm going straight from the grinder.

Hi,
The pre-order has ended, so that's why some payments don't go through.

Stay tuned as more videos and the first reviews coming shortly

That's not what happened in my case, and based on members comments above, it would appear I'm not the only one.

Disappointed you jumped to this conclusion.

I made my purchase on April 16th so within the promotion period.

Airvape accepted the purchase providing an order number with the comment 'Just to let you know — we've received your order #xxxx, and it is now being processed'

My bank held the money as 'pending' but airvape never processed the order so after one week it was released back to my account.
I have contacted Hannah in EU support. Unfortunately she has asked for a screenshot of my bank statement to confirm this, which I have refused to do as I am uncomfortable with this.

I'm hoping this can be resolved.

If God is the answer, then the question is wrong

Exactly!
China export logo is meant to deceive !

From its conception to its application it is meant to fool customers giving them the peace of mind that this inhalation device is compliant with EU standards and therefore relatively safe while it is compliant with NONE!

China export logo is not helping making china products safer, it helps china products sales

I personally distrusts any products carrying that logo and more so when it is about something you heat and suck through many times a day/week

As far as I know, electric devices cannot be sell in EU without real CE logo, so resellers should pay attention

As for the payment issue, we found it in our system and will take care of it. All the returned money orders will be offered the same deal in a few days! ( The team is Germany, showcasing the Enso at the biggest fair of the year) So please allow us this weekend to catch up with the 420 deals.

We have all the recorded data, so we will reach out to those who didn't receive the pre-sale discount.
