Read your body that is. Anyone else here with chronic health issues have some experiences they are willing to share. For me its gastro issues and insomnia so im having to learn what tired, hungry, thirsty, etc... feels like now. I haven't felt hunger in years and years. I eat because my alarm goes off telling me to take my meds and grab the window of relief while I have it. Now with MJ im feeling this strange stuff, its not pleasant stuff but its not bad either. Trying to decipher it is an odd experience...
Almost all my body rules seem to be changing. Don't eat more than X amount in a serving, don't snack on high carb foods, don't eat more than an hour and a half after taking meds, don't have fluids within 1 hour of solids. Its so bizarre!
What was the process of re-learning body ques for you out there? Tired is a hard one for me. Im used to be exhausted. I wake up tired, my eyes bother me most of the day, even when im still tired going to bed does no good because im awake for another 4 -5 hours bored out of my mind.
I may have learned how to walk 3 times in my life (well sorta 4) but this is a whole other ball game. Walking is easier in a way....tell body to contract and relax certain muscles in certain order its not so subjective. Hungry and tired are very subjective experiences, more complicated to learn
