launch box charger

So i just got my new Launch Box. I'm super excited to use it. I purchased it from vapeworld. Do the batteries come pre-charged? Does the red light on the charger mean that they still need to be charged? How will i know when the batteries are fully charged? Thanks for the help again guys!!!!

I got my LB in the mail today. I put the batteries in the charger and a couple of hours later I noticed the light had gone out and decided to test drive (fly?) that baby. Mission accomplished, if you know what I mean
