Yup, we right here waiting for you Mr @
JyARz ! I think Tightvac is "owning" the market at the moment but there's definitely room for some competition and a glass lined container certainly looks appealing to us as well!
I've recently started a collaboration with VapeFiend in the UK and there's interest from other retailers as well so I hope to continue our expansion on the continent.
I've found that if I turn them upside down, they stand better, the lid is more weighted, and doesn't flip easy. I just give the lid a good tap before opening it, to knock any loose herbs that might be in the lid back down.
The new larger size and concentrate size won't tip easily of that I can assure you. As for the existing design I think that's a good suggestion so when it comes time to revamp the mold I'll look into modifications that will increase stability...appreciate the thought.
Any updates on the larger Jyar units?
We have initiated the steel mold production. It took a VERY LONG TIME to get here but I just wasn't entirely happy with the design we first came up with, so I tweaked and tweaked little things like the cap size and thickness. We changed the side wall thickness as well and each change takes weeks because of prototype production etc. In any case we getting there. Trust me I wish the process had been a lot faster but I just can't let a product out the door that's not at least as good as the current version (and i think the new prods are even better)!
And to thank all of you fine people on FC and this thread, I'm offering a 20% pre-Holiday discount through this Friday. Just use the following code for the 20% discount (good if you buy one or multiple JyARz):

That's my way of saying thank you to this very loyal and supportive community!
Feel free to spread the word.
Regards,
JyARman
PS: Thanks also to everyone for the Planetvape.ca recommendation. I just shipped a wholesale order to Canada and soon JyARz (including replacement glass and gaskets) will be available via PlanetVape.ca.
PPS: As for the above question regarding silicone gaskets. We've shifted to Buna-N (FDA food safe) because product was sticking to the silicone too much for my liking. The Buna-N provides a great seal, doesn't smell like latex and is less sticky the silicone.
PPPS: As for the concentrate sized version, it will have a glass "core" as well. That's how we'll differentiate from providers of the Platinum Silicone versions offered by some companies. I think that silicone is very cool stuff, but JyARz are about glass, in my view glass simply can't be beat for storage of anything you are going to put in your body.
