I second that emotion. I love my 2 little containers, even that "off" blue.@JyARz Are you thinking about coming out with any additional colors? And is it possible to buy just the plastic shell? Also I know the silicone that lines the top and bottom of the container is replaceable. How often should it be replaced?
Purple and White (a truer white) is coming in a few weeks. And the gaskets last a very long time so you shouldn't have to change them very often...like years. But I designed JyARz to be very eco-friendly...so that you don't throw the plastic shell out..just replace the glass and gaskets and you have what is in essence a new container. In short you should get years out of your gaskets.
And we don't sell the shells individually. Wondering why you might want one? If you take the bottom gasket out you'll see that there are "support ridges" on the bottom...would be tough to clean if used "naked."
Does that answer all of your questions.
Whatever jars you decide on, make sure that after it's loaded with bud, that there is the least amount of free airspace available. In other words, don't get jars that are too big for your stash. The smaller, the better.
I agree with you. A lot of people ask us for larger size containers (which we will make) but to your point, smaller means less air to dry out your product. People worry about "pre-grinding" and the effects on trichromes but for my money, I prefer to pre-grind into a small container that is light and air tight...pre-grinding allows more material in a smaller space along with a lower air "ratio."
I received my JyAR a while ago, but I forgot to post.
It's awesome! Very high quality and completely smell-proof. What I thought was a sticker in the photos is actually a business card (with a handwritten note on the back), but it's not a big deal.
THanks..didn't mean to deceive you with the card!
Well my two Jyarz were in the mailbox when I got home from work and I have to say these containers are great. My film canisters are already in the trash! Shipping was very fast. I ordered on Tuesday and got them on Thursday.
I would love to have one the size of a small or medium Cvault.
I am working on a larger size now. It's been tough to find a high precision glass manufacturer in the United States but I found one and we're finalizing pricing. Once that's done we'll move to the "case" design, gaskets and then production. I'm highly focused on quality which takes longer but I think the wait will be worth it.
Thanks for your support thus far!

I have six of these little glass vials that I store mine in. They can hold 2 - 4 grams depending upon if you pack it down or not(ground bud).
Cool glass container. When I started thinking about glass container designs that's more or less what I had in mind...love the ground glass on glass seal. Very cool! The JyARz design is my "evolution" of the above in that it protects the glass from shocks and is light and air-tight with a screw top that is very reliable and provides a repeatable seal. Nonetheless I love the aesthetics of that one in your picture. Where did you get it? I want one for my collection.
Just purchased a JyAR(z?) !
Since I now own/use a really portable, discrete vape, might as well buy a portable, discrete container for on-the-go vaping! Also, the fact that you get a sticker with your order is always tempting for me, I can never have enough stickers for my longboard.

I love my jyarz! This thing is so well made its awesome. I wish they made it a tiny bit bigger (for 3.5g since its a tight fit). Maybe ill email them to see if they have anything upcoming. Regardless if you think the current size will work for you then I highly recommend it. I went out bought a gerber baby jar, eat the baby food, cleaned it really well (smell), and then when I put my flowers in it I noticed that it wouldnt make a tight seal and would just keep spinning. Ordered the jyarz and problem solved. The container is great, something you have to see in your hand to appreciate.
So far I have:
Arizer Solo
Santa Cruz Shredder
and now Jyarz!!!!
Seems like im obtaining a nice collection of high quality products (the first time rather than trial and error thanks to this forum).
We are making a larger size (see my post below for all the details). We do a lot of testing so it'll take a while but please stay tuned (maybe subscribe to our mailing list on JyARz.com - don't post often to it but we'll surely announce a new size!).
Thanks for the kind words of support!

We are working on a larger size. We are lining up a glass supplier now so we're early in the process but expect to have product ready in about 6-8 months. We do a lot of testing for quality...that takes time and money but we think its worth it.
