There is an accessory i would like to buy, but i have never placed a purchase with them. Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences with them?

They've been around for quite a while. They're not an authorized dealer for everything they sell, but you'll get what you order.

Nobody does all the work necessary to put up a website like this just to rip off a few people. There's more $ in actually selling products.
