Is the Haze any good?

I know this isnt a Haze vape forum but I want a real non paid for answer. Not one from someone who loves or sells the Haze. Does anyone know if the Haze is any good. Worth the $249 price tag. And does it compare to the pax or firefly? The only info I can find is based off of a year long convo between like 4 main people on FC. Pax is also an option as well as firefly but I am curious about the Haze. I am new to all vaporizers.

Im no shill. Ive owned a Pax for two years, but I also own a Haze V2.5.
The Haze offers so much more and then some:
Swapplable batteries
two chambers
able to vape concentrates
Pre loadable all purpose cans
4 Temp settings
Do not have to remove a mouthpeice to change temps
Easily adapted to a water tool

The Pax is great for stealth. But the Haze dominates. You will not be dissapointed

Edit: To answer your question, yes it is worth $249 for the Haze. They both have 10 year warranties but Haze has the upgrade program. If you need stealth above else, dont care about the above listed features, and only vape dry material, get the Pax. If you want a versatile peice and sacrifice a tiny bit of stealth, get a Haze.

I have both the haze and the pax and the haze is better IMO. Ask this question in the ask fx or the haE thread and you can get some good awakens but don't ask about a diff vape on the pax thread.

One more vote for the Haze and I confirm the response from @Slow Draw McGraw . Haze beats the Pax in every area but stealth in my opinion. Pax needs to step it up. They are still riding on their reputation but as time wears on and consumers become more educated on vaporizers folks will begin to realize there are better options/value out there.

I meant no disrespect. the threads on the Haze forum is the reason I am choosing the haze over the paX. Especially the comments by scottg402 and trevzunami (I'm sure I spelLed That wrong). It's all good man. I am glad my input is helping you with your decision. I have have a relationship with the Haze team where I offer my opinion on how to make their vape better but I don't work for them in any way shape or form. I offer the same feedback to other companies as well. We all win when they make the vaporizers better!

I think you will be happy with the Haze if you go that way. I have a pretty big arsenal of vapes now but my Haze stays steady in the rotation while my Pax collects dust. It's got a lot of options for herb and I am not aware of a device within this price point that can handle both herb and concentrates better than the Haze.

But what is most important to you? Price, size/stealth, taste, battery, temp. settings, ease of use/cleaning, versatility? There are a lot of things to consider....

There might be something better for you.

im looking for something that vapes dry herbs great, has replaceable batteries, and good temp settings. Also one that comes with a warranty that the manufacturer actually honors because of defect. I wouldn't expect a warranty to cover me dropping it or miss using it. Honestly the only reason I went to the other thread was because you and the other guys from the haze thread really sold me on the haze so I thought it was too good to be true.. I love that Haze took your ideas. I think it was you that had the can idea. I might be wrong but that was a great find. I mean just the fact that you're so helpful and the rest of the community is so helpful I'm glad I found this place. Thank you very much for all the help.

Ok my last question that I asked you I hit the edit button and now thats what I am using to do this message. Is that what you meant? Sorry I've never been on a forum before so I'm not really used to it. I seen the arizer before, The Firefly I noticed uses batteries like crazy. I am putting my order in for the haze right now. I will let you know on the HaZe forum when I get it. Thanks for all the help.

Yep, there really isn't any noticeable draw resistance. I like that about the Haze.

I was going to suggest you check into the Arizer Air as a possible option but if draw resistance is an issue I think the Haze is better for you (and that of the Pax too).

Have you looked at the Inhalater 05? The temperature is a bit on the warm side for my taste but it's one a lot of folks want to compare the Haze to. It does have user replaceable batteries but they are a bit more tedious to change than the Haze.

You are already looking at the Firefly which is another people shop/compare against the Haze. I don't own one but it seems having replaceable batteries is almost a requirement on that one because there are lot's of complaints about the battery life.

Have you looked at any torch vapes?

At the end of the day, based on what you've said, I think the Haze is the one for you but you seemed interested in getting an opinion other than mine. I wish someone else would chime in with some suggestions.

First, I want to apologize for the abrupt tone of my post when I created this thread. I moved the first three posts without seeing the one in which you explained that you were completely new to forums. Don't be alarmed, it's a standard notice we send whenever we merge posts.

Haze is among the best companies (in any industry) in terms of customer service, so don't worry about the warranty . The Haze has been pretty reliable in the field so it's not likely you'll need to use the warranty anyway. The Haze is also one of the best choices among session vapourizers, meaning that they constantly heat the load once they are turned on and so are most effective for people who want to load a bowl and finish it in one sitting. Where I think the Haze stands out is in its ability to handle concentrates as well as herbs. The cans make the Haze really versatile, although the screens definitely have their place as well. I don't think you'll regret your choice.

Just to update. I have now owned my Haze for several weeks and I'm very pleased. As mentioned earlier im completely new to vaporizing. Since owning the Haze ive stopped combusting completely which was my main goal. And I was a 24/7/365 toker for over 15 years only missing days I was too sick. I medicate for severe anxiety. I only mention that because I had a very high tolerance and vaporizing in my opinion is just as good a feeling as combustion. CLEANER. And it doesn't smell up the entire house.
