Hi,
I received my replacement E-Nano power cord today and I have a couple of problems that I would like some advice on.
1. Why does my E-Nano start at 6 (and not 0), with the first 'on' click being on 8 and the 'max' being on 4. Here are images of the new power cord:
2. When I lightly shake this new power cord, there is a crackling noise as if something is loose inside. My old faulty power cord doesn't make a noise when shaken and it also cannot be set to 0/1/2/3 (starts at 4) (can provide pics for that if necessary)
Are all your power cords like this? If so - are they intentionally created like this so you have to buy the more expensive 'upgraded' power cord? I have tried the power cable and it is turning on fine, but I have no idea what to set the "dial" to when using.
It seems that all I've had is problem after problem with the E-Nano and EpicVape. Can somebody please help me? I waited a month for the E-Nano to arrive, then spent the next 2-3 weeks trying to get in contact with EpicVape because they wouldn't respond, and waited an additional 7-8 days for this new power cord to arrive.
I am creating this thread before I contact EpicVape again (as they might still have issues with receiving email, calls, web support, and chat)
If this power cord is faulty - that's 2 in a row which concerns me about the quality of E-Nano itself? I am regretting my investment of £300+ (included import tax because I live in the UK) into this log vape, is it too late to return this entire product? I don't know if this was 'professionally' manufactured and following best practices, at this point it feels like I just bought a vape from somebody who likes to tinker with tech.
Is it safe to use this power cord?
