Hello everyone, I just wanted to report back on my findings, again thank you everyone for taking the time out to read this thread and post valuable information.
Also thankyou
@virtualpurple,
@WeedyGirl1979, especially
@Iwien who has been advocating the vaping through warmer to even warmer water. I tried it lastnight, after a few days of abstinence and I must say, I love the way the vapor feels and tastes. Its a fuller feeling and smoother experience, I will be definately doing this more often in the future.
Also, I wanted to mention this as it may help others and it certainly helped me. After hours of looking and reading through the FC website, I found a post where someone mentioned to take a spoonful of honey, not the substitute, about an hour before vaping. What he explains that it does is coat the throat. I thought that was very interesting.
Then I thought, if honey coats the throat, then surely olive oil will work in a similar fashion. So What I did was take a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil and what can I tell you. Instant relief of whatever little dryness was left in my throat. I am a big fan of olive oil and this just added to the benefits of it. I dont know why I didnt think of this sooner.
Looking online, olive oil is natural remedy for dry throat and also has properties to suppress pain, so its also good for sore throats and its exactly what it did.
Now, I know some here cant stomach olive oil straight from the bottle, I used to hate it, but gradually got used to it and now I love it, coconut oil may work in a similar fashion, if not better because its thicker.
I also took a spoonful of natural honey after the olive oil, just in case, I love honey anyway and I must say, I love the way my throat feels today, smooth without the slightest of irritation.
