Intranasal uptake vs sublingual?

anyone use intranasal administration of cannabis products?
what's your experience been?

Sublingual is popular for direct to bloodstream uptake but what about intranasal?

I recently had a CBD balm/cream that worked wonders with external/normal application
on skin. I had dryness inside nostrils so applied inside my nose where it certainly helped
the dry skin and it seemed like it gave immediate "internal" effects.

Intranasal goes directly into bloodstream so like sublingual, it bypasses liver.

Further experiments required :)

I find Cannabis to be an irritant if you get it in your eye or nose. It can feel like full blown pollen allergies. This may or may not be caused by THC/CBD. I've never researched it.

THC is a bronchodilater( other phytos too??) , however the size of the molecule is big enough to be an irritant . asthma inhalers have been made to deliver THC for dilation but the throat scratchiness or irritation made it not that feasible...

Edit - mowed yard recently and sent me into a solid day of pure nose funk... vaped cannabis a few times and breathed out through nose and provided temp relief for a while until the runny started up again ...
