Macron is looking for a way to make a third mandate (which is unconstitutional). He wants to find a bullshit excuse to change the constitution (e.g. Corsica autonomy) so he can remove the mandate limit in the same time.
He have been using police and anti riot force to violently repress and mutilate pacific protesters (remembers the yellow vests ?). The last time it happened that violently at such a large scale was may 68' and De Gaulle resigned after that.
He and his administration have been refusing to face counter powers from the senate and the National Assembly with no consequence so far.
He has borderline stance and discourse about the people and the minorities.
He may be neoliberal but he could easily turn fascist if you ask me...
