I never heard of the Flan Pan. I'll have to check that out. I see it looks like it seals. How was the odor with that thing?

It smells when you open the insta pot, but it's not the constant smell like the oven. Smell isn't the biggest concern for me, but this method appeals to me more than the oven for whatever reason.

I've done at least 5 batches in it now and I'm 100% sold on this method. The only difference is now I do 40m infuse with 20m natural pressure release.
