no, not completely full of kief. You would get kief in your mouth and the heater. but with a small amount of herb and a lot of kief in a sandwich it works very well.....

Inner cable is integrated into PCB for the blinks without stopping/without heating issue
USB port access hole is repositioned and retoleranced for the USB port breakage and charging issue
Knob tolerancing is adjusted for better operation and stress control on components underneath - potentiometer breakage/potentiometer scrunchy issue
Temperature range is enlarged to include lower temperature. Max temp is 219 Celsius
Automatic mode is operational for tobacco like substrate

Globally the issues related to the XP vs 004 are due profound technology change. XP is closer to a new product than an upgrade

whatsahoya: the 5 blinks before shutdown is related to computer not detecting heat while on. This is generally caused by a broken lead to the heating element. This may not be resolved locally. We apologize for the incovenience. Please contact us directly here

Myself, I don't see too many situations where my inhalater will be completely discharged and no way to get it going, since USB chargers are everywhere.

For going camping, or hiking/backpacking I had a different idea..Instead of a extra battery I could swap, I will instead purchase something like this neat 10 watt solar charger
Or an even cooler one, this ReVIVE Solar ReStore <-- Not only is it a solar charger, but a battery bank as well! With the amount of power it holds, I bet it would recharge the Inhalater XP multiple times on one load, as well as allow you to use the Inhalater while charging. Not to mention you can charge any other usb device with it (definitely great if you enjoy camping/outdoors often)

I see many happy days spent on the trail with my Inhalater in the near future!!

I purchased mine off Ebay as I always find it very simple, It was ordered from Kush Paradise who is located in Canada somewhat near where the Inhalaters are being made. I would have ordered from Planet Vape, but I don't own a credit card and don't ever plan to, and the Visa Gift Cards only work on stuff within the country (including the internet)
Can't say enough times how great KP's customer service is, and they have kept me totally up to date on any little change or bit of news with the release of the Inhalater.
As far as estimated date of shipping, I believe it is very soon!

I think for some heavy duty users, it would be nice to be able to quickly change batteries on the go and end the worries about forgetting to charge up at night (it's happened to me and was not a good day). We could carry a couple charged batteries and leave the cord/charger at home. I'd even buy a separate external battery charger for this. Maybe something to consider for future designs?

I love my inh004 and have 2 xp''s coming. While I wait for those can I pre-order an INH005? I know I'll want it.

I agree. With my "high power" vapes like NO2 or Persei I always like being able to keep extra charged batteries with me. It would be awesome to have the option to just throw in an extra charged battery and keep going.

I know most folks tend to view their XP as a personal vaporizer because of it's size and portability but I view it as a "Heavy Performer" that has the ability to convert the masses. Since this is my belief I have shared the XP experience with a great many friends resulting in overwhelming praise, interest, and of course "use"....and lots of it.......it typically stats out something like....so Chuck I've been hearing some incredible stories about some new cool toy you have.....and be the time I figure I should finally step down from my fuck combustion soap box.....my poor XP has begun to feel peaked as she will begin to take too long to reach temp......

I too was looking at something along this line being as where I almost always run out of juice is at the beach....I figured it would only make sense and I was also looking at the battery back up idea as well.....in fact I'm seeing 2 XP's as to allow 1 to always be charging while the other is in use....

I do it each and ever time....I will recommend that you let her cool down a bit unless you are going straight after it....but you'll only make that mistake once as it has the potential to cause a little precooking, which if then stored away for later ...you may get some yuckyness in your 1st few draws before the yummyness takes over

99% of things i'm fine with buying a cheap from China, but that deal just seems way to good to be true. I'd be constantly afraid of that thing being poorly made and blowing up, or leaking corrosives. 20000 Mah is just insane for that price.

Update: My rubber band keeping pressure on the USB cable to keep her charging method has given me my last and final charge....as the entire tiny little port came out with the cable yesterday ....
I am truly missing my Precious....
and I'm now reminded how much work my VB2 was/is...... almost feel like taking a break for a while..... ha ha ha but I'm betting that's gonna wear off before too long

Read this thread #1762 on this page Inhalator tells all....you will not be disappointed many of my friends {smokers for years} have all enjoyed and all want one....the learning curve is quick because it simply performs and produces a lot of vapor so you will not feel unsatisfied.....or miss smoking....after a week of vaping I didn't ever want to smoke again....straight UP...!!
Anyway as far what temp or number to start out with really does depend on what substrate, that said I would start out at 2...when she is solid green take a slow yummy draw.... don't expect much vapor on your exhale....
2nd draw will begin to give you vapor if the exhale is quite a bit of visible vapor then you can leave @ 2
3rd - 7th draws could if your GSC is of higher quality you may feel like coughing during/after exhaling
If you are having to draw lightly in order to avoid the cough you may want to turn it down @ 1.5 or 1
After finishing out the 1st session {6 min} I will typically start out my 2nd session + 1 # from 1st sess
If I haven't already walked her up towards the end of my 2nd sess I might jump straight into 5 for 2-4 draws then my 2-4 more up @7 or even 8 you'll decide.
Now if you are a heavy hitter and really are NOT feeling satisfied and are missing those caugh a lung up tokes....then by all means start out at 5....you'll find your zone soon enough.....

Actually the link I posted was for both 20000 and 12000 Mah versions, wasn't it (selectable at top)? I landed the 12000. The 20000 are bigger than I want in the field.

I don't think it's too good to be true, if you look at all the other Chinese suppliers offering the same product. I just found the cheapest of the lot, and I searched their feedback history until I found a feedback by somoene who had bought the same thing (I think I did that anyhow, that's normally what I do when want such assurance).

Again though, I posted the Lifehacker article for peeps that want a more brand name solution. For me, I'm pretty sure I'm good with the chinese version. (remember they're all from China anyhow, ultimately, or for the most part anyhow).

I have not used my USB battery in the field yet, just charged it up. I'm waiting for my replacement XP before I would actually need it, and even then, it'll be a while til I actually run the whole battery down.

Oh I should also say about the unit, it does feel solid. I mean, there's not too much you can screw up as far as the build is concerned. But fwiw, it doesn't feel cheap.

Anyhow, I'm feeling pretty stoked bout the whole arrangement. As long as the replacement XPs aren't prone to issues, I'm a happy vaper.

That sounds great, Greg! I know my two separate issues are both covered there. I'm wondering what percentage of the returns does that list cover? Most, I'm sure, but are we talking 90% or 99%?
