Ah, but the Pax does have consumable parts. Unlike the Inh, you cannot change the Pax battery yourself. When it finally dies, you will have to send it back for replacement. Minor issue, I think, since Ploom has made a battery-replacement plan available and reasonable. But it is something to consider since you can't do it yourself without voiding the warranty.
On the other hand, don't let the cleaning warning scare you with the Pax. It's not nearly the problem many make it out to be. With a minimal amount of care, it functions just fine. I personally don't think the Pax blows through herbs like some claim either, not if you are using it as a personal vape. It will get you toasted pretty fast with about the same amount of herbs that, say, the Iolite would use. Does it take more than a log vape? Probably, but then it gets you there much faster also. I can't compare usage to the Inh since I don't own one, but I think some of the claims that the Pax uses significantly more than a convection vape are hyperbolized.
A few things, though, to bear in mind with the Pax is that it does emit quite an odor when turned on, whether using it or not, and when the battery is drained, you have to wait 1-1.5 hours for a recharge: No quick-change with a precharged battery. I would say your choice really boils down to how you plan to use it, what other vapes you have, and what you really want in a portable.
