So I guess I didn't really answer your question. Sorry. But without detailed information on the grow its hard to say.
Why not try a little of both and see what YOU think? Are the mothers the same on these plants? Even if they say its the same strain there can be lots of difference between phenotypes that growers select.Let's assume for a moment that both growers are artisans that take great pride in what they do.

I have the answer......get some of each! Then report the difference......for science, of course.Let's assume for a moment that both growers are artisans that take great pride in what they do and both of them skill sets and the time to do what they do.
@lwien - Generally I have noticed the bud structure to be "beefier" on the outdoor stuff. Less frosting but the trichs are bigger and sturdier, like little redwood trees. I also think the medicine is distributed throughout the plant more evenly on outdoor with indoor focusing the medicine on the surface. This is completely subjective, I have no "evidence" to back this up, not even pictures of both. Its just my observations over time so take it for what its worth . . .Guess there's just too many variables to come to an answer.
Outdoor greenhouse is kind of a contradiction because the bud is still "indoors" protected from the weather, just not "in house". The main difference is sunlight s artificial light, in that case.
Outdoor greenhouse grown bud should be better quality than regular outdoor bud tho since it hasn't been rained on, blown around by the wind, picked on by bugs, etc..
In this case, I think the quality of the bud is going to depend on the genetics and the grower skill, since neither is truly outdoors.
Get some of each and take the Chemdog greenhouse/hydro challenge and post about it.
Sounds like fun! It is rare in my corner of the world to have such options as that.
