I use .040mg of LA Confidential in the evening utilizing a Titanium OmniVap for sleep.

I do four (4) inhalation’s over two hours and then place a 5mg tablet of melatonin under my tongue.

This combo absolutely knocks me out

I used to take Melatonin fairly regularly for years when I would frequently travell across several time zones. It was able to lock me into the new time zone and sleep pattern without a glitch.

Melatonin can be used as a supplement, sleep aid and theraputic health agent. It has different actions based on dose. Everyone needs to find the dose that works for them; not enough and no benefit, too much and extreme dreams, nightmares and grogginess. If you are taking it to help you sleep, and it can be a wonderful sleep suppliment, the dose you take should give you a deep sleep, waking up awake and clear headed with no disturbing dreams.

Start with a mg of two and work up until to get the results you need.

not stored properly but maybe maybe.

1mg for starters.
will remember that.

I will try it on myself.
I know someone who has trouble sleeping because of cortisol-similar medication.
melatonin is the antagonist

speaking of sleep.
do you know flux?

i dont want to miss it on any of my multimedia devices.
it clears the blue color spectrum in your monitor (Pc, smartphone).
simulates your brain to think that it is actually getting dark and time to go to sleep.

I love GDP a lot.
It is either generational or geographical?

I can't MICRO-DOSE and makes me super sick?

From when I wake up until I go to bed I vaporize?
GDP I wish it was still at the Dispensaries?

Most of the grower's are crossing GDP with other strains which is great.

Today it's DOSIDOS and very INDICA TYPE.

1/2 to 1.0 gram per day with no T-Break's work's best 4 my situation?

Plus lot's of ROSIN?
This month I have "BLUEBERRY MUFFIN"! (tres INDICA)
I hope to get more?
GSC to get by until life is gray.
My ROSIN is way too powerful!
However I use it to sleep.

CIVILIZED LIVING is allowed.
@Mr.Sifter I want to VAPE your weed?

it would be cool to try black domina, hash plant and mazar. Would probably have to grow most of them...

My favorite dispensary had me spoiled with 'original blueberry', ~16% for $68/q; no more :(

I'll probably have to step up in price to find something else I like as much. It seems I'm crazy for blue anything, like blueberry kush or blue og, my favorites that I have bought or grown, respectively.

Reviving this old thread!

I live in SoCal and get my bud through the CA recreational market. It's not the best place for old-school indica lovers. The strains I love are harder and harder to find these days. Many strains are mislabeled at the dispensaries and it's tough to get a straight answer on the genetics of all these "proprietary" flowers growers are pumping out. The market is dominated by endless crosses of GSC/Gelato/OG/Zkittlez/etc. The focus is on producing the highest THC test results possible. I've heard that old-school strains like GDP and Urkel have all but disappeared from the market since they don't test high enough to sell. What a shame!

I did manage to find some Bubba Kush this past weekend. I haven't seen that one on a menu for a long time. It's not the prettiest/best version I've ever had, but it works. Man, I forgot how much I love this strain, and how much genetics can dictate effects. THIS is the type of indica I crave. Zero anxiety, zero raciness. Just pure relaxation and an amazing body high. Had the best sleep last night!

Where are the indica lovers at? What have you been vaping on lately?

Sunshine #4 (Indica hybrid) or Purple Punch (Indica hybrid) mixed with Ray Charles Indica shake ($139 per ounce). The shake helps keep my overall costs down. This combination works wonderfully for me. I don't even wake to pee (now I wet the bed - just kidding).

WA grower has dropped a few good Indica strains here lately. Their Purple Urkle and DJ Shorts Blueberry I tried had that punch you in the face gassy and berry aroma that guarantees that deeply relaxed stone for me. Taste is as good as the smell, makes for a great dessert. I find that any kind of skunk, cheese, berry, or bready tasting Indicas tend to give me the best effects.

The best og Indica genetics are still out there being grown, you just have to know the right mom and pop growers and be in the right parts of the world.

I'll do sativa in the morning, but it can cause anxiety for me.

I'm fond of all the Kush and Kush related stuff.

Today i have been doing Purple Kush shatter and I am pretty mellow.

My LA Confidential was so good. She smelled like a bitter green coffee, very special.
And I agree, Blueberry so sad she is gone... a lot people was fed up with it, the complete
Dutch scene was dominated by Blueberry.

Back to coffee, do you know some kush-coffee tasting indica?

I'm going to bookmark this thread and read it from page 1 but wanted to ask a recommendation for an indica ((not hybrid) strain that does not have the traditional couchlock/sleep aid effects. Sativas are too "racy" for me but indicas have a negative affect on my ability to work and function during the day

Not sure if youre in a legal state with access to it, but 1:1 thc/cbd ratio flower sounds like what youre after. It gives a nice soothing buzz that allows you to sleep without getting you so stoned you wake up groggy. The CBD in those strains really take that edge off.

I am really enjoying Northern Lights. The taste isn't bad, and a very nice high.

I can't do a lot of Sativas due at least in part to my anxiety issues. They're generally too racy for me and can induce paranoia and uncomfortable thought processes more easily.

Indicas don't exacerbate my anxiety and some of them actively reduce my anxiety. The one strain that comes to mind is Bubba Kush, that stuff actually slows my heart rate. I tend to feel extremely calm and serene after medicating with that strain. Any tension in my chest or elsewhere throughout my body just melts away. Noticeably more than with other strains. It's absolutely my favorite. Other favorites include:

Blackberry Kush
Crystal Ship (Kali Mist x Kodiak Gold, indica-dom)
Black Cherry Soda
Grand Daddy Purple

Same here. Add Northern Lights to the list.
