I'm pretty sure I read that Iceland has the highest cannabis use in Europe, although not legal... :leaf:

I looked and I think it's the highest use in the world, did not know that.
It might be useful as a pastime in the darker, colder months.

Combined with highest cannabis use in world, sounds good.
