I very very rarely increase the temp on my vape, but I’m at 470° right now and while it still sends me into paroxysms of coughing, I can take hits far easier.

Yep. 100% warm water is preferable for me to cold, especially ice cold, water.

I use warm, salty water in mine. A couple TSP of salt and about 1.5 cups of hot water, like hot tea or coffee temp. You want some steam but not boiling water.

I only use distilled water in any water device. I put a small amount in my microwave, if it’s too hot I wait till it’s just WARM. I’ll admit I’m often too lazy to do this every time, but after reading about cold versus warm, I did it to learn. I was glad to find out it was good advice, as it saved me from buying and trying all the cold approaches like gel rigs etc. Cheaper to experiment with warm water, before buying more stuff that ends up in storage…
