Fisherman bro I know named Jack had a day out on the sea and surprised me with some fish. From what he says, bluefish are among the most delicious fishes on the earth. The meat is thick and appears to be perfect for barbecues. Sharks bite the hell out of these things because they know how tasty they are. But how can I cook it? I don't know what to do with this chunk of meat. I want FC to help me

“Blackened” fish is always good and easy to make. Beer battered fish and chips. Poached in a beurre blanc sauce. How about making poke or sushi/sashimi!! That’s my favorite for fresh ocean fish!!

Toss it in a pan, season, cover with foil, bake at 350 for like 20-30 til it flakes.

I like Lemon pepper/butter/garlic or Cajun + butter
