Supersniffer 2000 - robot fart detection device
Hello FC friends.. Dark times came in my life.. (last week especially) .. Starting with my 4 year relationship break down and getting busted with 7 g on 4/19 .. and laws here are BARBARIC... (i can even do jail if i don't get a nice lawyer 1-3 years.. ) and Bulgarian jails are notorious for their conditions.. Stories of people loosing their teeth and hair due to no light in the dungeons.. and more and more... bad stuff..
I will share how it happened and what i went trough ..
I was just moving to a new place after my break up.. I had a coffer with all my vapes and glass + 7 g of weed .. I was just getting off the bus 50 feets away from my new place.. They open only the front door there cuz it is not an official stop and people wait in line till they all get out.. So in front me there were some young guys with football t-shirts.. and i was in line to get out of the bus.. As soon as i showed outside i saw
5 cops with their bats punching those guys to the ground.. like they were not living creatures.. and swearing them for being themselves .. Then they looked at me..and i was asked for ID and when raised a question and then got a punch right in my stomach ... They started to dig in my things without my consent
but that is just how things go normal around here... the violent way... they saw one of the water pipes in my coffer and start do gid in further and mock with my stuff.. This all is happening on the street ...Then they find my stash and got few more slaps.. for being an dirty addict who is equal to rapists.. and other bad guys which i am sure are nicer than the police ... After that i spent 24 in arrest without any food,water,light in horrid conditions and then help for 5 + hours on questioning.. and all the police bullshit..Good bad cop etc.
First they said they will convict me as a dealer for that big amount .. but then said it will go for possession OF A HIGH RISK DRUG (dangerous both to society and my health) (i have insomnia and GERD cured thanks to mj btw )
Anyway the good cop started to sniff my buds .. and rub them into his nose.. He asked me if he wanted to roll me some.. I answered that i don't smoke.. but i like to eat it.. and he can pass me some if he is willing to see
. He said that he likes my pipes.. and asked where to purchase one..i started to laugh and then a guy entered the room just to slap me.. LOL.. and tell me that the horror begins for me.. and got released.. in waiting for my conviction and evaluation of the weed (thc % and amount) ..
Anyway i talked to a lawyer and he said it is going to be 99% for possession . having in mind i have never had any trouble in my life before even havent been arrested... this was my first time ever... lol..
but there are few law articles on which i can be convicted.. and the outcomes are not all horrid but are all bad(one of them is horrid cuz it involves jail) .. IMO cuz it will stay in my file that i was convicted and it will be almost impossible to find a job on in the sphere i study.. and will be very hard to get a working visa for countries outside EU... (next 10 years if i don't get convicted again on smth.. ) .. And as a bonus every time a cop checks me for id there will be a flag for possesion of high risk illegal substance for all my life here in Bulgaria.. and they will have the right to search me and hold me for 24 hours without reason..

What's done is done .. I can do nothing about it here.. I can't complain about being held for no reason and being punched.. It happens on every arrest around here and it is considered normal by authority.. There even was a prosecutor on the new who was praising himself for working a 8 year sentence + 7000 $ penalty on a 21 year old student with no previous convictions... LOL.... Like i am in forsaken horrific Wonderland... where good people are being exterminated and kept off good jobs and education.. --------Here are the possible outcomes for me... (according to a lawyer they are most likely two )
First one is that i get a conditional sentence between 6 months - 3 years with 3 years of term (which means that if i mess up within these 3 years again for anything i will do between the 6 months to 3 years JAIL.. and it is not hard to get convicted for nothing around here..) and a $ penalty between 1500 $ - 6000 $ which if i dont pay will increase my sentence to the max..
Second one is that i just get away with an Administrative penalty between 700$ -3000 $ and maybe some evaluation term..
Again it stays in my file and will mess up with my career but it wont stack with future convictions.. so i won't be doing 10-15 years in jail if i got busted again lol ...
Third outcome is 1 % likely and it is to drop my case.. due to not being important..
4th outcome which i don't wanna even think about is Jailtime (few years) which is likely mostly if i get none or crap lawyer..

In all cases i need a lawyer... and you get what you paid for..
I found a decent (mid grade
) and a good heart nice looking female lawyer who will defend me to the prosecutor + in court for 250$(till court) + 450 $(in court) and even can make discount for 600 $ if i pay at once..
She says that she can fight for 6 months to 1 years conditional with penalty between 1500-2500 $ (which means that you get a sentence but you dont do jail.. but it stacks with future convictions) and in case 2 she can fight for 700 $ - 2000 $ penalty with none to small term.. but again that are just promises.
I went to another lawyer who said the same but wanted twice the money.. not an option..
I have a third chance here in Bulgaria.. and it is to find a dirty/related lawyer... .. but it cost a bit more money than usual but less in total they say.. I am going to search for one on Monday and will try to get an idea how much it would cost me.. i expect about 2000 $- 5000 $ to get clean which is a lot of cash for me.. but.. might be less in total cuz there will be no penalty or anything. I will take my chance even with a loan if i get a guarantee..

I do not have any love for the police in my area but they have never hit me. I got busted with 18g and 3 vapes 4 months ago. good luck to you and your fund raising! yo are in my thoughts!
