Most of you know some tasty fast food, that tastes great, but got too much fat or calories.
I know a way to decrease the fat of the food up to 66 %.
Croques, sandwiches, burgers that contain much remoulade ( up to 80 % fat ) can loose a lot of fat. If you take for a croque or big sandwich, instead of 100 Gramm remoulade, a ground of 50 gramms
joghurt and on the joghurt 50 gramms of remoulade, you can save up to 50 % of fat.
Don´t mix it, just put the remoulade on the joghurt.
You got 100 % taste and 50 % fat.
It even tastes great, if you take less remoulade and more joghurt.
With this method you can make traditional fast food, with up to 66 % less fat or calories.
This is especially great for food with remoulade, danish remoulade or mayonaise.

Here i got some recipes, to get some tasty food with less fat, carbs or calories.
Feta light, much less fat, salt and calories.
100 gramms Feta cheese mixed with 200 gramms of joghurt and ca. 2 gramms salt.
American cheese light
100 gramms american cheese heated and well mixed with 150 to 200 gramms joghurt and 2,5 gramms salt.
Fishsticks light. 66 % less fat and 33 % less meal.
Water the fishsticks and put them into the oven, untill the topside of the sticks starts to get a bit hard. Turn them around and remove the bottom side of the sticks with a fork. Finished.
( nearly all the fat of the mealcover is collected in this bottom side )
Peanut butter light
100 gramms peanut butter mixed with 200 gramms water or joghurt. Add salt untill taste is 100 %.
Marmelade light
100 gramms marmelade mixed with 100 ml water.
Honey light
100 gramms honey with 100 ml water.
Nutella light, 66 % less fat, 50 % less calories.
100 gramms nutella mixed with 200 gramms vanilla pudding.
Marzipan light
100 gramms marzipan mixed with 200 gramms vanilla pudding.
Caramel light
100 Gramms caramel ( heated ) mixed with 200 gramms vanilla pudding.
Chocolate / white chocolate light.
