Lotus works well with all 3 and reinvents Hash and flower especially. Dabs are just on par with other devices, but the other 2 stand out in the Lotus.

I spice things up with the solo by vaping hash as well as the green

The Solo with any concentrate in between flower or with a bit of cotton to keep it from not sticking to the skillet works extremely well also if you haven't tried it. What all vapes do you have? Do you do dabs?

Can't believe I forgot to post this one.

This is a bit of ritual I learned from my ex-wife, who is from Northern India where they been using the kind for millennia, and consider it to be connected to the god Siva. Now, i am no believer in deities of any flavor- I'm a Jewish Buddhist atheist. But the following just seems to work. Possibly some self-hypnosis involved?

If possible, get your self a cheap shivling (siva lingam) like one of these ($11 shipped) - http://www.ebay.com/itm/LARGE-SHIVA...454?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19e11e76a6

Or if you're good with a knife, carve one yourself out of wood or soft stone. A picture of Siva also works, but I use a shivling.

Then when you go to vape, make sure no TV or bright lights are on. Light a candle and some proper Indian temple incense (sandalwood is traditional in my ex's part of India). If you want music on, use quiet traditional sub-continent music. As you vape, run in your head the mantra 'Om Namah Shivai', and when you exhale, blow on the shivling or image of Siva. That's it. Sometimes makes things triply, sometimes mellow, but almost always has a different effect than vaping the same strain from the same vape.

Turn your bathroom into a mini steam room by putting a towel under the door and turning the shower on as hot as it goes. Open the shower curtain a little bit for max steam, and vape in there. Add candles or music to taste.

You may have Seasonal Affective Disorder from lack of sun. Also some exercise such as walking if the weather permits. If not exercise inside. It works wonders for feeling down. Sound like its depression.
Listen to music. Get together with a favorite friend.

It's been my experience that exercise is the absolute BEST medication there is for depression.

I have had chronic depression my whole life. Been hospitalized on 3 separate occasions. Was suicidal on 2 of those occasions and one of those times, I was on a psych ward for 3 months. I've taken every anti-depression medication known to man, and the ONLY thing that has kept the depression at bay, was running. When I ran, the depression ceased. When I didn't run, it came back. Since I have been running again now for over 10 years straight, I have been medication free and depression free. Now running 20 miles a week.

The bad part about this though is what would happen if for some reason, due to injury or illness, I wasn't able to exercise. That is a very scary proposition for me.

I'll be 70 in 2 months and I plan on continuing to run 20 miles a week for as long as I possibly can. What's amazing though is that even at my age, my times are still coming down.

Iwien somehow i am the same way about running. it is great.

i used a solo as my mail and only vape for about half a year before i started feeling like you did?

sorry to say it in advance, but i got a bigger/more powerful vape and my sessions are a lot of fun, no waiting, just getting blasted, repacking a few times, be done in 10 minutes and go off and do whatever...

even a 12-16 hour break (starting when you feel totally sober) can help a lot but if everything just feels too "normal" for you on the weed for you to be happy with , then either raise your intake to compensate for your tolerance or take a tbreak so it hits you harder each time ;)

I vote for exercise as well. My best sessions are the ones that put me in a relaxed state and I can't relax unless I've put a little work into it first. Work hard/work out, clean up, vape....that's when I feel I get the most rewarding return. Oddly, the exercise seems to help bring my tolerances down a bit.

did you know mr fauja singh the very old marathon runner started running in his old age after he lost his wife because it helped him to battle his depression! this is a man who was in the twilight of his life, who spent most of his youth doing grueling farm work and cattle raising. during an age when even a bicycle was a dream to poor villagers.imagine just how much exercise he got from all the walking he did. he ate a strict vegetarian diet as required by his religion and even today despite running marathons, he insists that indian lentils, desi ghee and natural indigenous foods are all he eats. doctors who push skim milk, and ignore processed foods and empty calories would probably not like to discuss how he is still alive despite saturated fat making up a great amount of his lifelong diet. today, finally doctors are learning that the problem is not individual fats or carbs, it is the processed food pumped full of chemicals to keep it from spoiling that is making us sick. how else do skinny men with a sedentary lifestyle and no record of smoking but a record of eating a lifelong American processed diet die from heart attacks? they weren't fat, but the cumulative damage from the processed food caused the attack.

so, eventually the humble man got noticed and soon enough the world learned even more about the human spirit. swear to god, it is amazing how our body is such a gift but most of us never truly harness its strength to achieve true power. I would recommend a natural diet, eat all food that was available before chemistry and food had their ugly baby. that means eat what came before industrialization. this will definitely help your tolerance as well because natural diet encourages your body to express genes that bring thc out of your fat cells along with the rest of the toxins your body sheds when excess water intake and an absence of processed foods is incorporated for a prolonged period. even a week of eating only meat, eggs, nuts, legumes, dairy and fresh produce will help.

I have many times while running felt like stopping when i was feeling dehydration, but then when a particular song starts playing or a memory comes to my mind I am able to get my brain to forget my shortness of breath or pain enough to continue running for just a couple minutes longer. it just amazes me because I will never be able to quantify it or explain it fully with the limited vehicle that is language.

Oh yeah i forgot to put this.

I like to vape, go running, and then vape again. Sometimes vape during as well.

Those days I'm so unspeakably :ko: wrecked!

Yup. I dont start vaping until i finish my 80 pushups.

Also to the OP get some glass for sure. I was getting sick of my solo until i got a nice bubbler. Before my bubbler i was convinced i needed a more powerful vaporizer. After i got my bubbler i still want to buy a new vaporizer but i dont need it.

Yeah, I was recently diagnosed with a "partial-thickness articular surface tear of the supraspinatus tendon", or in other words, a rotator cuff tear in my shoulder. Only time it really bothers me though is when I sleep on it or when I put on a jacket. Doesn't seem to hurt when I do push-ups as long as I don't bring my hands in too close together. A bit further than shoulder width and I'm good.

80? Fuck. I wish I could 80. I struggle to get to 45.

I do them after my runs though. I wonder if I could do more if I did them before I ran.
4 sure. When im rlly tired i rlly struggle to finish them. My cardio needs a lot of work though. I can barely run for 5-10 min. Gotta have some balance, weed will make you lazy and eventually ull feel disgusted with yourself if ur not getting ur exercise. After my push ups i enjoy my weed more. Its like i accomplished my daily exercise, and now its time to chill. Also i like having a routine.

Switching between concentrate and flower always knocks me out, it doesn't matter which way you go too, the change is what gets you :2c:

I'm wakin' up in the morning and I'm actually awake.
