Great info here - I'm new to the thread so I'm just catching up, on page 4. I'll second what Roger D said - at the risk of sounding like an MD, exercise is absolutely critical to bodily function. Obviously, we don't all have the same degree of mobility, but there is usually *something* that you can do to get the heart rate up.
For me, a solo stem (and sometimes another 1/2) before 45-60 minutes of yoga is absolutely fantastic!
