Yeah, I respect the power of nicotine addiction too much to buy a pack to have one "on occasion"...we know how that will go.
Just meant that, I didn't really consider it falling off the wagon or stressed myself out over having that one cigarette. When I finished it, I didn't ask for another and later that night I didn't really have a craving for a cigarette like I did when I first started the ecig.....I did crave a little nicotine so I hit my ecig, and it satisfied me fine; I don't know how familiar you are with e cigs but the first week I switched to them, had horrible cigarette cravings and almost craved cigarettes more after the ecig, like a teaser to the real thing. Luckily I didn't have that desire after the cig in May.
Funny though, just typing this up, I'm like, DAMN, I could go for a cig, nice day out, I'm drinking a coffee right now.....not going too, but just funny how simple things can trigger it a bit, just the act of writing about a cigarette gives me a bit of a desire for one.
