How long does it take for Magic-Flight to respond to warranty-claims?

Just like the title says. I don't mean it to be rude but I broke my screen and I sent in a warranty claim but haven't heard anything for about 2 or 3 business days, not even an acknowledgment that they received my email. I even sent it a second time because I thought maybe they didn't receive my first email. Does anyone know how long it usually takes? or if there is any quicker way to get a hold of them without paying long distance call fees. I can't take another day without my Launch Box! Your response is greatly appreciated.
