Wow, that's some resounding support for the pre-workout vaping. I totally didn't expect that. I had been thinking that rearranging my entire routine might help, but I didn't want to start getting up earlier. Now I'm really motivated to give it a shot. I guess Monday morning we try a whole new morning routine, hehe. Thanks everyone!
Just as others have mentioned that the not so obvious but obvious way to make vaping and working out, work -out, is to vape and of course do your workout routine. I find that it does help open the lungs up and gets you more intune with your body, I also find that you surpass your regular work out routines especially when youve hit a rut.
The most exciting part was putting on a station with the type of music that I enjoy and listening while discovering new songs music. As I heard songs I never heard before and it was as if I had a wave of massages going through my brain. Sometimes I had to pause my workouts just so I could write down the name of the song before I forgot. Lol
The best part is the after workout feeling. Its so peaceful, the mind and the body are most relaxed.
You can vape either way, before or after. These days, through my evolution of Cannabis use, I use it as an after workout reward. As I find that I have worked for it, therefore I rightfully earned it.
