I have a graphite Precision honeycomb hydratube and thankfully it hasn't been very hard to clean after evolving my methods. A few of us have been discussing glass cleaning advice here if you're interested. http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/cleaning-glass-tips-and-using-the-microwave.45621/
I learned in my first few hydratube uses how to fill it and avoid water in the bottom chamber. And I also quickly learned not to blow air in the the hydratube when it has water in it, haha. No problems ever since. I've been surprised with seeing a number of pictures of people using hydratubes and water in the bottom chamber. I don't do that (stays cleaner too).
I always remove the HT between hits, it's just safer that way (so no heating worries that way either). I use distilled water to prevent hard water staining/scaling. I've never seen water migrate from the top chamber to the bottom in a hydratube (but I never leave the hydratube on the base). I appreciate all the info.

I wanted to take this opportunity to say thanks to everyone. I have an OG Arizer Air but for a couple of years I've been using cartridges, which I wanted to stop. I've lurked and gotten great advice from all here and now have an E-nano, 2 Splinters, 1 Splinter Z and a Sneaky Pete Megaglobe. You gotta love black friday/cyber monday sales! They're all great and I'm having a wonderful time thanks to this great forum. I'll try to wait for 420 before satisfying any further VAS.

It's more spotty but there can be. It depends on the manufacturer and suppliers. VapeXhale's Christmas sale is the same as their Black Friday Cyber Monday sale. It's the best advertised price (outside of IG) of the year with them (I've been watching) and at that price level the savings are significant.

A bit of a late edition to the thread but I finally got my my black Friday purchase from herbalize resolved. Initially I had ordered the original crafty as it was on for a good price and I convinced myself I needed a new dog walking vape. My purchase got flagged by their payment processor as suspicious which delayed the transaction and they managed to sell out of the original crafty and didn't think they were going to get more in stock so they offered me a 50 percent off code for the crafty+. Now I'm sitting here charging a crafty+ that only set me back $184.50 canadian, today is good day.

I have china glass coming by regular shipping (it was <$5) so it will still be a while. The wait continues. My national mail service already recognizes the tracking # at least.
. So far so good. The China glass has hit my national mail service on shore before Christmas, was cleared through and is on the way here. It won't be long and I look forward to my first China glass... a swiss tree hydrabase and swiss tree hydratube

After being bounced around by my national mail service until yesterday 
, my Black Friday DHgate Chinese glass order came in. Here it is. A combo Swiss Tree hydratube and hydrabase. Big pictures and lots of resolution.
This Swiss Tree glass is lovely, both at rest and in action. I highly recommend tree percs and swiss tree water pieces. Both are real lookers
. The hydrabase has a very thick 10mm glass base. The hydratube includes a sidecar mouthpiece, an overflow chamber, a tree perc and a swiss cheese style vapor chamber. You can see the hydratube came with a nice large stand. I definitely dig this glass style. Nice to get it in hand and use it.
