Hey y’all so I’ve been using it with their glass bowl and titanium.

Playing around with temps 500-650

Loosely packing bowls.

Just need to learn better Tek.

Not sure how brown the herbs suppose to get before it’s burning.

Any help will be cool.

Using 3mm rubys in it as well.

Idk man, I just don’t feel like I’m getting a satisfying high.
Not sure if I’m doing it right.

I place it on top of course, there’sa gap between the flower and the heating element.

I place it and wait about 5 seconds and then hit it. Sometimes it’ll produce, other times it doesn’t.

And I’m not feeling that stone I want. I’ve only had it a few days but I feel like I’m blowing through flower with it.

I grow and just harvested 8lbs so that’s not the issue.

But yea how dark should the herb be when it’s done?
Can anyone gimme a run down if how they do it?

I’d like fuller more solid hits without dying lol. I think that’s just the thc punching my lungs though.

I haven't used this particular ball vape. I've heard mixed reviews but you should definitely be able to get good hits off it. They had some issues early on with thermal material but I am sure they sorted it. Ruby should work great.

Is this your first dry herb vape?

How long are you letting the vape heat up before hitting it? I'd give it at least 10 minutes from cold.

What is your glass piece like? A photo or video help.

I have a digital volcano, and a pax 3. And yea I turn it on and it stays on for hours.

And once I’m home I’ll send pictures.

I’ve tried it on multiple pieces.

Maybe it’s doing what’s it’s suppose to and it’s just not for me.

But imma keep trying it.

Are you grinding your herb? I suggest playing with your grind and temperature.

Yea I’ve been grinding it, pretty fine since I’m vaping it.

And I have figured it out.

So per bowl I’m getting one huge solid hit add about half a second hit.

I just needed to let it sit on my bowl for 5-10 seconds before hitting. But I’m getting solid flavorful pulls

I'm pretty sure a fine grind not what you want. My understanding is course is better for convection vapes. Medium for hybrid. I think fine is pretty much for rolling joints.

I apply almost the same rule you do to most of my vapes. But I have found that ball vapes, despite being conduction, can really benefit from a fine grind. I don't think it makes a huge difference but it does seem anecdotally better.

I do agree that playing around with the grind is always a good idea when dialing in a vape to your preferences.
