Herbs that create visible clouds

Does anyone know of any good herbs beside the usual one which create thick visible clouds? I am trying to create some youtube videos using vaporizers and need to use a herb which is legal in my country.

I have tried quite a few and have not had any luck. I have tried damiana, mint, passionflower, mullein, catnip, goatweed. All were really old and dry though so maybe that's a problem. I have also tried a bit of pipe tobacco which seemed to work a bit better but I found it too harsh to inhale.

White sage makes opaque clouds for me, tastes great, then triggers a headache.

Since you're going for showy clouds and not effects, why not add a few drops of Propylene Glycol (PG) or Vegetable Glycerin to something like oregano? Or in a vaporizer which you can't see the product in the oven, just add to cotton.

Legal and already proven to make huge clouds.
