Help with Chinese translation

Could I ask a favour please of somebody on this thread who reads Chinese and can translate it for me? It's the words by the orange and white exclamation marks, which keeps coming up when I upload something. Thanks a lot.

Copy/paste it directly here, rather than post a picture.
In that way one of us can copy and translate it.
My mac will automatically translate it if you can do this.

Sorry, I should have said I can't copy and paste it, it won't let me, I'm only able to prt screen it!

I tried google translate from my phone camera. Only could get a few words to work from a picture of my monitor. Something like "..... if connected with, please follow network ...... network operator" And one of the buttons says "retry"

What is it? A download manager or an internet popup?

Thanks, I just got that far myself with ocr software, I think the resolution's a bit poor. It's an upload manager for sending files to a cloud.
