Help my mix....thc juice

Hello all,

I have been trying to nail down a dilution method for concentrate ( shatter crumble wax rosin etc)

I have

Peg 400

VG

Kind Terp - 1ml La Og kush

Elevation Terp, d Limonene

I have made some batches that work well, some okay, some work great......but once they cool down it’s a bitch n need to be reheated to use again

I am a medical patient and get stuff from a buddy (shatter)

So a mix of dispensary and street concentrate

Basic way I go about

1g of shatter to .1ml of Terp + .2ml peg n 1-3 drops of VG

I mix in a shot glass on my stove on a small pan

I keep heat 150-200F and mostly have re used cheap carts

I did order some brand new and am looking to fine tune my recipe......but when looking around online one finds 50 methods to go about this.

I plan on sticking with a method, or something close to this

Hi....love your post! My exact dilemma.... I have a 1 ml of cherry oil and i have been mixing PEG 4000 with the PG. I use a .7 of that with a .3 of the concentrate. My first one turned out amazing! i'm using the ccell 1 ml cartridges. i just got some OG Kush terps today, I have never used them before, I have a dropper. Can I put 1 drop of the Terp into the oil mix for the cart? Would that be to much for a mil?

I wouldn’t add anything to that

I’d even consider cooking a new batch n pouring that in as that’s way way too much diluteate for me

I aim for as least as possible


I aim to use less than 1:3 ratio

I used 1g, + .3ml total (Terp + peg 400) n a drop of vg

Which gives u about 1-1.5ml of juice, depending on cooking

I want something pure that doesn’t need to be reheated or fuct with a bit to work in a 510 pre fill cart

Your using your mix for a cart?, Isn't that going to be super thick? How much pg and terp all together do you use before you mix it with the gram?

I hear yeh, love your ratio...I want the purest too, i'm just going by what a few people had done. It worked really well. Always looking for improvement.....Cherry oil is nice on it's own but with carts and diluting i'll have to find a lot better concentrate!

This was also my first cart and that's why I'm stoked it even worked. Now to work on ratios, you seem to know more then I do. What does the one drop of VG do....give you little more cloud? Didn't think one drop of thew VG would even make a difference?

Idk on the drop of vg but pg, peg 200/300/400 all taste like shit

I try to use it cuz I think it’s the best of the worst

I am trying to do a 33/33/33% mix of terps vg and peg 400 currently

It sure taste shitty for sure! PEG and PG 50-50 mix I have. It sure binds together nice. Do you think a 60 mix and 40 concentrate would not be to thick? It's oil so not as potent as I would like.

The reason why I’m 33/33/33 is because the Terp n peg 4 are extremely thin

Just vg or even 50/50 pg/vg isn’t going to go

Hopeful I can make it work one way or another

How much concentrate are you adding? Your going 33 pg 33 terpenes 33 concentrate?

Are you finding shatter better to use or maybe its more available to you? Never tried that yet my next time around I'm going to try your method on a ccell cart 1ml.

This very first cart, it is so dilluted compared to what your doing. your not using any PG either,

Used: .7ml
.3 concentrate
.7 50%/50% PG/PEG 4

No wonder it tastes crap. I didn't have any Terpenes at the time now I have a couple of ml's of OG Kush Terpenes

I was thinking since I have such a diluted mix in my cart now. Anyway can I take the top off the cart and put a little bit of just oil into the cartridge? Would it be able to blend in?

Bought a dinvine tribe 3.5 w Pico box mod

I did make it but I used a g of cheap cartridges to add in to make sure it went well

The cheap ones I get don’t taste great but for the price it’s tough not to grab a few.

So I’ve take 2, 1g carts and dump anther .5g of concentrate into them

They are not perfect but tons more potent.

Anything on mixing with peg etc.... I can't afford top shelf concentrate right now, so i' have what i have. Can I use straight oil in my ccell cartridge? I just want to try a .5 first. If people are using 2ml peg,pg to 1 concentrate, would using a .5 concentrate with 1ml and 1 drop of Terps be a alright 2:1 mix?

You can put straight distillate into your ccell cart. With terpenes you need only about 10%, rather than a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio. Makes it much more potent. Terpenes are also pretty cheap, a 15ml bottle will last you basically forever and is only like 30 bucks.

Using .5 concentrate with 1 or 2 drop of terps would be enough. For a 0.5g you only need between 0.025ml and 0.05ml of terpenes of terpenes. 1 drop is on average 0.05ml so you're set. No need for any adulterants.
