Has Anyone Ever Used This Magic Butter/Oil Filter Press?

It's always a pain in the ass squeezing butter/oil from the base since the oil/butter is always still hot. Cheesecloth has worked for many years but this looks pretty neat (if it works).

Anyone ever actually use one of these?

I tried to use it to strain an ethanol tincture. I had two issues, first, it did not give me 100% clean tinctures, and second, there was waste.

The clean and the waste should be better in butter unless you are OCD.
