I get that feeling too. goes away a while after waking up(walkking outside and/or splashing water in your face helps), but I can also prevent it. if I vape right before going to sleep, I will often get that groggy feeling in the morning. but if I wait an hour or more after my last puff before I go to bed, it won't happen.
(also, personally I don't like immediatly vaping again if I wake up with that groggy feeling, since it will influence my high to also be more stoney)
btw, if I don't have anything to do the next day the groggy feeling isn't so bad, it's just waking up slower. I enjoy it to walk to my garden one of the first things in the morning, sun is shining and I squint mny eyes from the transition, grass between my toes and eating some strawberries straight from the plant., and meanwhile petting the cat who immediatly comes to me asking attention as I step outside.
if you want/need to be active the next day though, it's better to avoid. but once in a while on a free day, that groggy feeling isn't so bad.
