Great customer service

I'm discovering what a difference it makes to buy from someone who is responsive. I've had good experiences with several designers etc and I'd love to hear what others I don't know about. I probably will stay with buying from those who respond. Here is my list:

I have had excellent customer service from the guys at "EDabsDirect.com" I don't think they are members here but they did mention that they follow this Forum.

I posted the following a couple days ago in another thread but it seems appropriate here as well.

"I recently had a small situation with "EDabsDirect". I ordered the upgrade kit for my e-nail from them and when I received it the ceramic head was cracked in two places. I contacted EDD and got a response right away. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me two options. First, I can keep it and receive a 70% refund or send it back for a replacement. I thanked them for being so generous and sent it back the next day.
A few days later I received an e-mail stating my cracked head was received and the new one has been shipped out with an extra nail for my troubles. The next Wednesday my tracking showed "package delivered" and when I got home there was nothing:hmm:. I figured it was just typical USPS tracking gone wrong, probably have it tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and again there was no package:shrug: for me. I contacted EDD And right away I was assured if it didn't show up in a day or two another replacement would be sent out. It finally showed up Friday:rockon:.

I just wanted to give a little love to EDabsDirect here and let everyone know they are a good vendor with customer service that is second to none."

I would have put Snappo but I wanted someone who has experience with him first hand to post. I had you in mind to do it too:p

I will add I have an HI that i purchased in the classifieds that was made from a Snappo wood blank that is the BEEZ NEEZ!

What an awesome way to show appreciation of good service

Both Firefly and PAX were super helpful and I was able to chat with people via some chat app on the site. Just to verify some warranty stuff. Forget their names off hand, but instant message level convenience is great!

Underdog and Underdogette have been more than helpful with regards to anything I've ever wanted, and have went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. Great people, great service!

Similarly, Snappo and Ed's TnT are always prompt and super helpful....picking out wood can be so overwhelming and all the above are stellar in helping you find what you want.

Rene with Vapman is great, very quick to respond despite being on the other side of the world of me, and extended me a pretty sweet offer that I actually still need to get on......wanted to char my own so he's gonna let me get one that is cosmetically messed up a bit cheaper :)

Jeff at Vapexhale is always the guy who responds to my emails, and is always a pleasure and gives me thorough responses to my questions. Stickstones also was super helpful when I was looking into the EVO.

Marc at Firewood was awesome and helped me work up an idea for a FW made of some custom wood, unfortunately just wasn't in the cards because of how thin some parts are but he worked with me a bit on dimensions to see if we could get it right.

George at Dynavap is very prompt with responses and is always looking for input.

Samurai Sam at W9 tech is awesome and gave me a wealth of information despite me not knowing much about wax pens.

Randy at PuffitUP is very fast and will do you solids! Same day shipping if the order is before like 4 oclock EST?

Aldo at Jyarz gave me freebies when he had an order held up!

Joda is awesome to work with and is great at interpreting an idea into a functional piece for a fair price.

OregonGlassBlower got back to me very quickly, have yet to place an order though, similarly with D-nail, just inquired with each of them recently and got responses in sub 24 hours.

I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!

It goes without saying that we all love the grade A customer service we receive from many great people. I just wanted to add all the independent sales on the classifieds!! I have bought and sold on it and have amazing feed back or have done my best to package well and respond with speed. I'm sure there are diehards out there that never disappoint if you purchase from there classifieds.

I really like this thread and believe we should never take the outstanding cs we all get for granted.

I have received excellent customer service from Vaporwarehouse.com. Before and after the sale. Highly recommended.

So far I have been getting excellent pre sale CS from Bryan at Galaxy.

I've had some great support from edabsdirect as well!

One time I got a Solo kit from Randy at PIU, he forgot to include the grinder and sent the damn thing overnight! :D Also got a great deal on an open box Air as well, which has been serving me real well. Also takes time to shoot the breeze via email. Great guy!

When I first got involved with vaping I was overwhelmed by the choices/types, available info per type of vape, contradictions in comparisons, etc. Just searching for the best batteries and chargers took me a few days of reading. Don't get me wrong .... For me .... one of the really fun parts about all this is wallowing in the details and educating myself. I did get wrapped around the axle on an occasion or two.......and then I met up with @stickstones who said he was becoming a retailer. I won't go into his background as you can look that up yourself. He mentioned that his initial retailing approach was to become a 'concierge' of vaping and would primarily work the high-end products. You know...concierge service like at a high end hotel. With all his years of experience it made perfect sense to a noob like me who didn't want to waste time (and more importantly money) on the wrong decisions.

So I took him up on his service and asked him to build me a few recommendations. He interviewed me back and forth until he had a good idea of what I wanted but more importantly what I needed. He made the purchases for me where it made sense and made recommendations for where I could/should make my purchase directly to save some money. He allowed me to check the items out and then afterwards stayed on the case as I learned to use some of the items. Weeks after the purchase he'd remember some detail he wanted me to consider and it would add to the experience.

I still use him as my personal concierge as I work my way up the vaporizer food chain - it's just easier knowing he's worked with all these devices and once we dial in what I'm looking for I can just say 'I'll have what he's having'.

Not only excellence in their product but also excellence in their persona (to be read: customers support but not only) at least for what they showed.

In 80-90's there was a kind of principle in punk music revolution (europe)

It sounds like this:
Fuck off the quality of the instrument, what matters is the soul of the musician playing it!

Same for my vapes, they give me pleasure. It would be very different if they remind me of a "disruptive pretentious dick" (no offenses to any dick) each time I stare at it.

I have received excellent CS from smokinjs.com before and after the sale. They also included some free gifts with my order. Not sure if there's a dollar amount, but it seems they send free gifts with every order. They were quality, usable gifts that I certainly appreciated. :nod:
