Grace Glass - Micro Pyramid Recycler Bubbler

Hi all. I'm in the market for a cheapish oil rig and came across this: http://www.everyonedoesit.co.uk/onl...pyramid-recycler-bubbler.cfm?iProductID=11423

It has a quartz nail which I read is good but I'm unsure about the efficacy of the design. Could someone with a bit more experience in these matters take a look to see if this is a good purchase please.

Also could I heat the quartz nail with a regular butane jet flame lighter or is a full on blow torch a prerequisite?

This looks pretty much the same. I think the nail might be boro instead of quartz, but you could easily pick up a quartz for less than the price difference.

Regular butane jet torch is preferred to a propane blowtorch.

What happened to Grace? I bought a worked stemless showerhead from them, and it's really nice. But most of their stuff I see now on EDIT looks really generic. Too bad.
