Without reading, I looked at the picture and said that looks like something from Joda Glassworks (@VaPeD&CoNfUsEd )

Not sure about the color scheme, but he could make something similar for sure

I've seen nice ones going for well over 100x that price. Look at Rose Roads and Adam Reetz if you want to see some pricey (and incredibly worked) pendants.
