Glass people I need a talented artist who's up for a challenge

I never ask for help, I'm stubborn as and if I don't know how to do something I'll look it up and get stuck in.

This time it's different. I am talking about a medium I am happy to do basic stuff with, cutting and flame polishing and even drilling little tiny holes in, but now I need an expert.

If you can or know someone who can make something along these lines please get in touch.
Or if anyone can point me in the rite direction. I would be forever grateful.
The Ti tip is 10mm in diameter for anyone not familiar with the Vapcap.
